We will gladly accept the return of products for 30 days from the original fulfillment date. An RMA number will need to be generated for the return before any product is sent back, providing us a reference for the return. Please contact us for an RMA number for your order, or you can start your own RMA process if you created an account at the time of order. Once the product is returned to us and inspected, we will provide a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
In the event of a fulfillment mistake on our end, we will send out the correct product or missing component to you. If a product needs to come back to us due to a fulfillment mistake, we will provide a shipping label to you.
