Theft on all vehicles is on the rise exponentially in recent years. On 2017-2022 Superduty trucks, the horn placement behind the grille is vulnerable to thieves, who cut or unplug the horn before breaking into the doors of the truck. This gives them more time to steal the truck when the factory alarm horn is disconnected. Our kit relocates the two horns to a more protected area, and the bracket doubles as a protective barrier to prevent thieves from cutting the wires or unplugging the horns. This will not prevent the truck from being stolen, but it will make the thief rethink what they are doing and discourage the progression of stealing your truck. The bracket/shield mounts with included hardware needing just two small holes drilled.
