Current build to order times are 3-4 weeks.
Our TJ Front Rock Crawler Bumper is 43" wide for a sleek and narrow look. The narrow width is great for rock crawlers needing full tire contact with rocks on the trail. The bumper has an 1-3/4" DOM "Trail Bar" attached along with gussets for strength and great looks. The top of the Trail Bar is 9" off the top of the bumper surface and angles out at about 25* for great winch protection and a place to mount lights.
Bumper comes raw steel. Will need to be painted or powder coated to prevent rust. Some prep work may be required.
Features include:
3/16" formed steel construction for strength,
1" thick D-ring tabs welded through the bumper fits standard 3/4 D-Rings with a 7/8" pin.
Pre-drilled light mounting holes.
Drilled for the standard 10" x 4.5" winch bolt pattern.
1/4" steel fairlead mount that accepts both hawse and roller fairleads included.
Uses 8 mounting points; 6 on the top, 2 on the bottom.
1 3/4" DOM tube Trail Bar.

Works with Currie Anti-Rock Sway Bars!
WINCH MOUNTING OPTIONS:
Standard Mount: Fits standard winches with 10 x 4.5" bolt pattern, such as Warn Zeon and VR series winches, Warn M8000, XD9000, XD9000i. Smittybilt XRC winches.
Warn 8275-50: This mount is specific to the Warn 8000lb upright winch, part number 8274-50.

Great Bumper with great service
This is a great looking bumper. It was an easy install and the fitment excellent. The hoop for me was just at the right height for what I wanted. The quality is well built and the service has been great.

Great Product
I have been looking for a front bumper for my TJ for nearly 2 years. I met Kurt at the Puyallup swap meet and found he builds exactly what I have been looking for! He took my order, powder coated the bumper to match other accessories on my jeep and shipped it to me. Very accommodating and friendly. The bumper was exactly what I wanted and the install including mounting the winch only took 1.5 hours. Great product backed by Great people. Thank you.

Perfect fit and high quality
The front bumper was a perfect fit and is really high quality welds and finish. It's a really simple bolt on installation once you remove your old bumper. The black powder coating looked great and is holding up well almost a year later. I also bought the 8274 winch bracket with this so I could mount my rebuilt Warn 8274 winch, the bracket bolts on which is really cool since if I change my mind in the future I can just swap that bracket out with a regular winch fairlead mount. The 8274 bracket is also finished well and works great. I would not hesitate buying any of it again (not that I would have to because this stuff is heavy duty).

Great Stubby bumper
The biggest negative I've read about ordering bumpers online is that they get dented, dinged and scratched during shipping. This was NOT the case. The bumper came triple wrapped and in perfect shape. Included all grade 8 hardware for installation. The install was very straight forward and everything fit well. It's great looking and a very strong addition to my TJ. Powder coating looks great and should last for years. Love that it's made here!

great bumper, excellent service
It has been a long while since I have been as happy with a purchase as I am this bumper. Quality of workmanship, service before, during and after sale was beyond my expectations. I ordered mine with the 8274 winch plate and this thing is beefy, by far the best mount I have seen for this winch. If you are looking for a bumper or really anything for your Jeep. Great bumper!
This bumper is pure quality. No adjustments had to be made for thee install. Shipping was very good considering it traveled 3000 miles. Packed great and wrapped tightly. don't doubt this bumper at all!!
