COVID Related Information:

Due to COVID-19 and recent restrictions put in place by the Governors of Washington and Oregon, we are experiencing slow downs in our supply chain.  Because we are located on the border of Washington and Oregon, we have suppliers in both states.  While we are trying our best to keep product in stock and on the shelf, there are times where backorders happen.  Because of the ever-changing restrictions, and unknowns with COVID, it is growing harder for us to pinpoint when items will return to stock.  These changes are effecting our hardware suppliers, welding and fabricating equipment and supplies, powder coating, and more.   As a small, family owned business, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.  Please know that we are constantly working to get backorders filled, and new product designed and released during these challenging times.

When will my product ship?

Most of our in-stock products ship within 1 to 2 business days (M-F) of an order being received.  Please note that due to COVID safety precautions, as well as increased shipping demand, processing times may take an extra day.   Most small products are usually in stock and ready to go. Our bumpers require some extra time to complete before they ship.  We know how much your time means to you, and try to get product to your door as quickly as possible.

How long are backorders?

We try to keep all light bar brackets in stock and on the shelf at all times, but unfortunately sometimes things do happen and we run out.  Typically if an item is backordered, it will be back in stock in about 2 weeks or less.   If you order a bumper and select the powder coating option, please add 1.5 weeks to shipping time.

How will my products ship?

Many of our products are already pre-packaged in boxes that are ready for shipping.  Our powder coated items are shrink wrapped to protect the finish, and nearly all products are packed using kraft paper.  Powder coated bumpers are wrapped with a protective foam, shrink wrapped, then wrapped in cardboard with a final wrap of shrink wrap to protect your investment in shipping.

What shipping methods do you use?

We primarily use UPS and USPS for shipping.  Ground, 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air are available for UPS shipments.  For International orders, we offer UPS Standard (buyer responsible for applicable taxes and duties at delivery) and USPS Priority Mail International.
